5 Things You Should Know About Andor:

OUR MANTRA

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results. Our Reason for Existing

Every good idea, every thriving business, every nonprofit set to change the world, at their core needs smooth-running, fiscally-responsible operations to keep it going.

We were driven to start Andor because we’ve seen too much time, money and stress dumped down the drain by passionate, well-intentioned people who just don’t have the bandwidth, in-house skills, or appropriate systems in place to execute their operations properly, which in turn hurts their growth and impact potential.

Our Clients

We don’t discriminate based on an organization’s size, age, location, or revenue model. Whether you’re a start-up entrepreneur in Joburg or a well-established enterprise in NYC, we meet you where you are. We’ll help you get back to basics and get your house in order so that you can take on the world (...which we can also help you with).

Our Team

We’re a network of data nerds, finance professionals, project management gurus, and big picture creatives who have all been in the same position you likely find yourself today: trying to run an organization, project, or company as efficiently and successfully as possible.

Ryan and Kevin founded Andor and work closely with each of our clients. Depending on your needs, we can tap into our team — with skill levels ranging from CFOs to interns, and interests ranging from programmers to playwrights — to bring on the right people for any job.
